We need the correct pin-out for the connection cable between a Fujitsu F9600 PBX FIPN/PRI card to a ShoreTel VoIP switch. Any help would be appreciated.

Our communication between the ShorTel and Fujitsu F9600 systems is now working bothways. Our issue now is that on the Fujitsu side the trunks time out in hte night, when not in use, and shut down due to a "long-idle" condition. The vendor states that they had this problem with another customer and that the problem was caused by the ShoreTel side.
Anyone else have this problem, and maybe know a fix. I'm still waiting for the vendor to get back to use and it's been a couple days, not that that's unreasonable. This vendor has been very helpful.
