FTTU in BCM

Hi everybody,

i have a problem when i take the telephone and try to make a transf. from the CS1k to BCM, i can't finish the transf.
When i make a call using only the nunmber and the NET_DATA the transf. is work.
But when i take the VoIP route to call using the BCM, is like the BCM don't respect the NET_DATA parameters.
Is there any configurations on BCM to set?
On CS1k is work normaly but when i use the BCM i can't finish the transfer without disconnect the call.

Hi...
Sorry i forget a detail.
If i use the BCM i can make the transf. and Conf.
If i use the CS1k too i can make the transf. and conf.
But if i took a telephone register on CS1k, use the VoIP trunk to call using the BCM i can't use this feature...

All I know is you have to set up the remote gateway.

Do you have TRNX and/or EXTT configured in the net data block on the CS1K?

Yes... If i call in the CS1k i can make the transf. but if i call from CS1K and take the VoIP route i can't make the transf and conf.
