FTR CFW on 500 set, option 61

Have a 500 set ftr cfw to a local CO Pots line. Sometimes when the pots line is busy the line doesn't forward it rings to our pbx operators. What can I do to make it give a busy signal or release to CO?

You should print off the 500 set TN to see what other forwarding is set. If it's FTR CFW xxxx etc, then it might be at the other end where a change is required?.
