ftp using ssh

i'm needed to install a sftp service, I know how ftp work and how ssh work but i don't know how to do it functionnal.
however i do some research and i found any site with complete doc
somebody can help me, just an url do my happiness??

Hi,

In sshd_config file just uncomment line:

Subsystem sftp /usr/local/libexec/sftp-server

Then restart sshd.

with that, I'm supposed to be able to log in ssh??
it's do and i can't connect my server in ssh, i try serveral time on multiple machine....i really don't know how to do... tanx for response

Hi,

sftp server is subsystem oh sshd. If you enable sftp-server you can do both ssh and sftp. Post here your sshd_config and any error you encountered.
