FTP using SSH - how to?

Hi there.

I am using Server 2003 web edition, and I recently set up a FTP server using IIS so that an off-site contractor can work on website development/deployment. However, in my readings, I have seen that using that implementation is not the most secure method.

Can someone give me a general step-by-step to securing this connection using SSH or some alternatives?
