I need to set-up an FTP site in Server 2003 that will allow clients to see only the folders that they are allowed to access and I need to do this for multiple clients, so for example, ACME CORP. can access the folder assigned to ACME CORP. but not the folder assigned MAGIC INC. and vice versa... Can anyone recommend a good tutorial on how to do that.

Microsoft stinks when it comes to FTP... I personally use Cerberus FTP and have had good success with it, but I'm sure there are others.

Microsoft has where you isolate users, but you have to create the entire ftp site "isolated" either by local user or domain user... whereas with Cerberus I can create users or link to AD users and define root folders just for those user(s).

Another FTP server is WAR FTP, it's be around for quite a while and I've had pretty good luck with it.
