ftp transmission in java

I,m making a little project in java where i need to send/receive a couple of files to a server by a ftp protocol (this is just a part of it). Is there a library or package wich allows me to send files easily with a ftp protocol?

There's a source code for an java ftp client at:

It's not quite what you're asking for but it might be useful. I'm sure there's other stuff around.
