ftp transfer speed

Well if you've already tested the interface settings with ndd and they look okay, then you can go ahead and do an ftp transfer. The rate per second will be given at the end of the transfer and if it looks way slow then you can go hassle your friendly neighbourhood network engineer and get them to test the link.
