Hi all, i am relatively new at this, so please bear with me :).

I run windows server 2k. I am trying to host a website. I have created a web that can be accessed from the outside, and tried to configure an FTP site for the same. I read somewhere that that the FTP and the WEB directory have to be separate in IIS. How do I make ith so that I can FTP transfer files from a remote connection to update my webiste?

thanks!

all you have to do is create a virtual directory of the folder, under where all the website content, and call it whatever you want. then ftp to your site, check directory to / and put files. i do it all the time.
good luck
