FTP through IE5.5

Please Help !

Having problems connecting to FTP sites through IE.5.5.
After entering address I recieve an error message saying:

The folder ftp:ftp.......com is read only because the Proxy Server is not setup to allow full access.

To move, paste, rename, or delete files, you must use a different proxy. For more information on changing your proxy, contact your administrator.

This happens on all our PCs going to any FTP site. They connect via our Proxy server which runs Websweeper. I have gone through the Websweeper settings but Websweeper is not blocking any FTP sites. I have also checked the rules on our Firewall aand these allow full access for FTP. I belive the problem is with either the security settings in Windows or in IE. I have already gone through the Advanced settings in IE. - Enable folder view on FTP etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

In IE, have a look at tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, Lan Settings button, Proxy Server Advanced button.

Yep, done that. Looks fine and also played around with them. - No luck.
