FTP status emails

I started seeing FTP Status emails in the NDRs sent to administrators who have not worked here in a long time. Because the message fails, it resends about 100 times. The body is as follows:

"Change Directory failConnect successful..."

I can not find out where it is coming from!!

We have 3 machines running IIS: the web server, Exchange, and intranet. None are using FTP.

I can not find anything in the knowledge base on this. Does anyone have any ideas?
