FTP size limit

I have a 2003 server using ftp on the server. How do you up the file/folder size limit? Remote users can't seem to add anymore files due to the ftp site being "full". It has plenty of hard disk available.

I am not aware of there being a limitation. More likely I would think that you have disk quotas in effect that are causing the problem for you.
