Is there program available that would allow us manage and organize the existing files we have on our ftp site without having to first download the files, organize the files, then upload again. We want to create folders on our FTP site, then move existing files into those folders. We're looking for a way to easily move files 'in and out' of folders on our ftp site.

If its a linux box, you can do this with ssh, there is a file transfer utility that looks like explorer, should work fine.
Non commercial version is free, I believe it comes with the utility I speak of.
