FTP sharing broken after this week's security update

I can't share files anymore via FTP. Has anyone else encountered this and found a fix?

Check macfixit.com. There was a discussion regarding this yesterday I believe.

Yes - I also stumbled onto a good-sized discussion on apple.com as well. There are manual fixes but I suspect that Apple will release a correction very soon.
