FTP Server not running after MSC Core Upload and Platform Initialization. Also cannot access browser even though I can ping IP Address ( Same problem as 3.7 to 4.0 upgrade thread )

It's best to carry out a full check inside the BCM. I'm assuming that you have a BCM 200/400 3.x system?. If so, then check that the capacitors haven't failed. They are usually Green and will be split of have leaked etc. Also carry out a good hoovering of the insides.
