ftp server user account migration from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003

Hi all,

So we currently have a dmz ftp server running on Windows 2000 at work. A friend of mine asked about the process involved in migrating user accounts from that server if we were to migrate to Windows 2003. Ay help or links that would point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
