I setup an FTP server for external user access using IIS in Server 2003.
I am having an issue. I created a Domain account. I gave that account permissions to the FTP server. The user can connect fine. My issue is with account lockouts. The user account I create to access the FTP site will follow the Domain policy and get locked out after 3 attempts.
Is there a way to not have that account adhere to the Domain lockout policy? I know in 3rd party FTP servers you can setup local accounts that only authenticate to the software thus not having to worry about the Domain policy. Is that possible in IIS FTP?
