ftp security aix 4.3

How do i secure connections into the server.
We have a user setup at present set to group usr.
How do i set permissions to stop users going down the file structure. I want to restrict them to the home directory or at least stop them accessing / and /etc and other system directory's.

if i were you i will try proftpd from

http://www.bullfreeware.com/

I think is more simple than trying to chroot the native ftpd.

use "ksh -r" and the user assigned to a separate group read up on ksh restrictions
