Does anyone have or know of an FTP program where a user can call a command on the AS400, enter some parameters such as File Name and Library, and have the program automatically FTP the file to the users PC??

Yes, we have a product called FTPBatch400 that allows you to combine CL commmands and FTP scripting - if you would like information let me know.

I have used it and found it most intuitive. Their tech support is absolutely terrific.
