FTP problems

Ok, i just did a fresh install of Windows XP Pro. That was yesterday, and before that i was able to FTP into my sites.
Now, i get "page cannot be displayed", i've heard lots of people complaining about IE6sp1 screwing up their FTP ability. Is there a fix for it?

You must have web folders installed before
installing IE6 or get it from another source.

Do you have a tick box in InternetOptions/Advanced to enable passive ftp?
