ftp problems --> no files being listed

Hi folks,

when trying to connect to one of our rs6000 via leechftp we're constantly getting "LISTERROR" and cannot see any files or directories on that machine...

How can that be?
What can we do?

have you installed a brand new fancy firewall/acl between server and client recently? did it ever work? can you make firewall admin read RFC on ftp to catch the idea?

I agree, if it works using AIX's ftp, it must me leechftp, perhaps setup. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation

Firewall might indeed be the cause...
There've been some changes in access permissions lately as I've been told ...

Maybe that's been affecting leechftp in that case...
