FTP problems after installing SP2?

Hello

Since installing Win2K SP2, I have been having problems with my ftp sever. I don't know if it is related to SP2 or not but that is the only change that has been made to the system...

I can browse to our ftp site and drag and drop files to my desktop, and right click->copy to folder... but if I type the URL of a file or double click on a file IE tells me that the page cannot be displayed... any ideas??
