FTP problem

Hi,
I have IIS 4.0 with Windows 2000 Server (I upgraded from NT 4.0)

Anyway, I add a new user on the AD, made him member of User of Domain (by default). And if I try to log on the FTP with this user I cannot. The folder has the group Everyone with Read only.

If I use a Administrator user I can log into the FTP.

Please, help, what I'm doing wrong. On Windows NT 4.0 it worked great.
