FTP problem in remote site only

Isa server is at Site A, users at site A are able to access FTP site with no problem

users at remote site B that try the same site get an "operation timeout" error message.

have seen previous posts about creating a new packet filter but this has not help

any help, pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

There are two things you can check, first if you have available the FTP server at the ISA server
at the protocol rule check that you have FTP and FTP server available.
Second ISA allows you FTP server by default at the port 21 if you have change this you should make a packed filter for the port you are using.
