FTP Performance statistics

Hello. I keep getting the following message on my Win2k DC (running sp4). Unable to collect FTP performance statistice. The error code returned by the service is data DWORD 0.

I have read lots of things about this issue (Q226512) and others and have done everything but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any idea how to stop this?
