ftp over modem

I dial in to a Solaris machine from an NT workstation via reflection however if I try to ftp from my local workstation I can't reach the machine. How would I set it up so that I can route through the dialup connection as well as through the local LAN????

Your Solaris machine may not allow FTP, just telnet. Typically both are allowed if either one is, but that may not be true here. Check with your Solaris admin.
