FTP not working in Windows Server 2003 SBS

Greetings all,

I have a network with W2003SBS as the DC. I tried from the command line to run ftp to three separate FTP sites but it just stays there doing nothing.

I tried to ping these sites and I can even do that.

My server has two network cards, one connected to the T1 router the other to the main data switch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
