Hi,

Is it possible to FTP multiple source files into 1 target file?

i.e.

Source Files
1.txt
2.txt
3.txt

Then I want to transfer those 3 files into 1 file. i.e. called sum.txt

Is this possible to do or not? I checked various documentation but it appears it is not possible.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

man ftp:

append local-file [ remote-file ]
Append a local file to a file on the remote
machine.
