FTP 'Mirror' software for 2003?

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to 'mirror' an FTP site, or sites to create a local copy of certain files. Does anyone know a piece of software that will do this?

1. It must run on 2003 server
2. It must be a background service
3. It must be automatic
4. It must support FTP

I've been looking, but aside from expensive mirror software for high end server systems, I can't find much.
