FTP issue on NT4.0

When attempting to FTP a file onto an NT4.0 server from an AS400 the process is locking up as soon as the message:<br>
<br>
227 Passive Mode Active<br>
<br>
We currently FTP from the same AS400 to multiple NT servers of the same parameters and have no issue. We have Read/Write permissions to the home directory of FTP services, and their directory listing sytle is in UNIX. Any ideas.<br>

Maybe it has something to do with the firewall setup.
