FTP installation NT 4.0 backoffice server

How do I install a FTP server on BackOffice 4.0

I need step by step instructions, I know how to do this under IIS 5.0 win 2000 server, however I do not see this option with NT 4.0 Where is the IIS 4.0 configuration?

You need to get the NT option pack. I think it is a free download from MS. I know it is included in your cds with a technet subscription.
