FTP Hyperlink Files 1

A customer sent me a link to their FTP site. I tried to download the files but they were in hyperlink form and, when I clicked them, I got an error. When I asked someone else in the office to try it, he was able to get the files. Interestingly the interface of the FTP site looked different on his screen than it did on my screen becasue the files were not hyperlink and had the "file" icon. (I use IE7)

Any suggestions on how I can get my settings like his?

IE7 behaves a little differently & there are still some issues when using IE7 for FTP, but start by following the info here (specifically the folder view settings).
