I have a project I need to work on and am wondering what others would do.

I have files I need to GET & PUT to various (30+) vendors. Most use FTP but some are using HTTP. I am manually getting and putting the files now. I want to automate by using a script. Is it possible to get & put the files from vendor that only offers HTTP?

Yes, we use Perl as it has all kinds of class objects to do what you want.
