I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to get the MOH files off a Mitel 3300 release 9.3.18. I can FTP into the 3300 and get to the directory and see the files but dont know the command to copy to my hard drive on my laptop. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Hi dclynch,
I use an FTP client like FileZilla. Far easier.
FTP to the 3300 then /db/eMOH
Copy the files from there. Rename them as a .raw file. You can then use a program called NCH Switch to convert it to wav and play it back etc. Can re upload it by saving as 8bit mono u law
