ftp hangs

Hi,

My colleague and I have Win2K machines. Recently ftp to customer sites began to hang on my machine whilst working
perfectly from his machine. Could it be SP4? This was also installed recently on both machines.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated.

Open control panel -administartive tools - event viewer and double click on error event see the explanation which service failed .Then go to administrative tools open services find one that coused the ftp to failed ,right -click on it open properties and check recovery settings.
