FTP Folder Error

Slight problem gaining access to an external FTP server. When I try from our proxy server running Win2k ISA 2K, I have no issue. I have added users to ISA FTP download permissions and when they try to get to the FTP site the get errors. Either The FTP session was terminated or operation timed out error.

Any thoughts???

I had this issue a while back and think it was resolved by disabling the firewall client. not totally sure but try it anyway.
