Hi there,
I have a guy at work has developed a basic ftp script which transfers files through a client behind a firewall to a Windows ftp server. The script seems to work ok when being run against 2k3 servers but when being run against a 2k12 box, no joy.
He tells me he is using the quote pasv command in the script (passive ftp is needed because of the firewall in place) but I've read up on this and I'm not convinced/clear on how this works.
Is there some sort of simple option I'm missing, maybe a security type of option, on server 2k12 which could stop the script working? Something I need to switch on/off???
Thanks in advance,
Molenski
