FTP Connection from PL/SQL

How can I do that?
I need to send a file to a FTP site from PL/SQL, and I don't know what to do.

IF you have 8.1.6 look into UTL_TCP, this allows you to perform basic functions and Would (I Think) enable you to use the FTP command.
