Is it possible to use an FTP Client ( not a web browser ) proxied through ISA Server 2000.

I can only get it to work through IE with a basic view.

Yes, you probably need to configure it as a secure nat client. set the pc's default gateway to the interal ip of your isa server. Or you can install the firewall client.
