We have (1) particular client who suddenly is unable to upload to our FTP site. She can upload to other sites and is able to download from our site just fine.

Others connecting to our site are able to upload....it's only this one person.

She using FETCH on her Mac to connect to our W2003 Server FTP site.

When she attempts her upload it begins but simply hangs indefinitely. We're able to see the file on our site but it's zero k.

Anyone have an idea?

Thank you!

Do you know is she is using a PASV connection? Many firewalls will not support the former standard protocol where port 20 is opened to transfer data.

There should be an option in FETCH to use Passive mode.
