FTP Cisco Site

Does anyone know if it's possible to FTP files from the Cisco site. I'm trying to download an OS-upgrade and is taking a while.

yes it is if you have a maintenance contract and are working with an engineer to solve an issue

That's what I thought. You way around the tech part...ah??? I have a contract, I just don't want to waste time on the phone with a tech. Thanks for the info youcandoit

yeah i actually get lots of free training this way. I get highly qualified TAC Engineers who really know the diverse products specifically. i learn something new everyday.
