FTP between PC and AS400

I am looking for a simple tool to copy files between an AS400 and a PC. This will be for 'end users' soit needs to be simple. Client Access/File Transfer is a little comples. Anyone know of any good products for this?

Hi Judihutch,

I've been using file transfer for many years but recently started using Rumba ODBC. It is so much easier. Install the odbc driver and then configure the data source. From there you can for example go to excel and create a new database query. It is quite performant and you can save the query defenition which makes it easy for the end user.

Instead of using file transfer install the ODBC driver that comes with Client Access. I use this to talk directly with Microsoft Access.
