Is Apache (1.3.12) able to serve ftp requests? I need to Know &quot;how to...&quot; download and upload files from a browser, do I need a separate FTP server, or a special Apache module?<br>Thanks.

Downloads can be done with a simple link. Uploads can be done with a cgi, using perl or php.
