I am having difficulty using either of these tools with my Win 2000 server. I am trying to connect from Win 98 machines. I have started the services on the server. I am wondering if there is a property, or something that I am missing in the users accounts that I am trying to connect with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to these tools. Thanks

on FTP check permissions on the file system. make sure the User has access.

on telnet service are you using NTLM authentication?

Is this computer part of W2K domain?
