FTP-2000 PASSWORD FILES

First of all my password menu bar under Tool in FTP-2000 is always grey (?)

I am trying to set a pass on certain page of this web site: http:

http://www.tasra.org

Trying to work on the "roots" I am accessing the site using "explorer from the start menu" (Right click)
Cool I see all the folders and files and I can click and drag but don't see anyway to set a password in here...

So I am trying using FTP-2000 and accessing the "root" Using the FTP extension...
Cool I can see all the folders, but cannot open any file using FTP extension on my FTP-2000.
