FSRM Comands - 2003 R2 x64

Does anyone have experience in using the command element of FSRM.
I want to be able to display to users a simple dialogue box (vbs) warning that they have used x% of their available storage when triggered by the event.
Even though I input the path to the vb script in the command box it doesn't appear to run.
Any help appreciated.
