fso and folder looping

Sorry for this but I am a bit of a newbie at this.

I have a top level folder, containing multiple sub folders.
Each subfolder contains an Excel file, named Main.xls.

I want to extract data from one of the worksheets on the excel file.

What is the correct way to loop the folders to get at the excel file?
