FSD job failed

I am running an FSD job and i get the following error.

E3721 10/03/2007 16:33:45 6218 58 Unable to write to the media as the threshold specified on the system device is hit. (MEDIA=19/08/06 13:00 [S/N: ], EC=FS threshold hit)

It fails the job.

This has been working fine until today. CA has not seen this error before (not on they website).
