Fscommand does not worke on my machine...?

I am a newbie in flash ,and when I use fscommand action script in my programs ,no action takes place with that button ,...but I can use another action scripts successfully . I have windows xp and 2000 too.

but finally I could fix the problem by reinstalling my windows .
