fsck Inode-Map Not Salvaged

Hi Sysadmins

How can i fix this Error in the Easiest way without rebooting the machine ;->
After any Reboot the Problem is still alive.

** Checking /dev/hd9var (/var) MOUNTED FILE SYSTEM; WRITING SUPPRESSED;
Checking a mounted filesystem does not produce dependable results.
** Phase 1 - Check Blocks and Sizes
** Phase 2 - Check Pathnames
** Phase 3 - Check Connectivity
** Phase 4 - Check Reference Counts
** Phase 5 - Check Inode Map
Bad Inode Map (NOT SALVAGED)
** Phase 6 - Check Block Map
Filesystem integrity is not guaranteed
794 files 257192 blocks 660312 free

I see this Error on the most off my Machines ( /tmp /var )

My Machines Running AIX 4.3.3.9 and PSSP 3.2

Hi,

There is no way to fix a FS with fsck without unmounting it .
In this cas you have to boot from AIX CD ,importvg rootvg,and run fsck on /var and /tmp. "Long live king Moshiach !"
